Meditation for Mental Smile


SELF IMAGE OF MEDITATION:

Meditation traditionally was considered for those Spiritual Persons or Buddhist Monks. But these days it is seen as peace searching endeavour. The best way for you to meditate is hidden in you, and you have to find it out yourself.

SELF IMAGE BOOSTING MEDITATION :

In fact Meditation is a Self-Image booster. With a Positive self-image you will get Self-Confidence.
Meditation is the meta-physical state. You can feel the difference if you monitor your pre-meditation and post meditation activities, thoughts etc.

Just imagine, When a simple smile is uplifting your physical pose, what will a mental smile do for you?

THE CALM CENTER IN YOU :

Calm center is the space within you where you remain calm. CENTER is the state of being clear, balanced, focussed etc.

Focus your attention towards breathing. Breathing slow and deep will prove good.

Make sure your spine is reasonably straight while sitting

Rest your eyes comfortably (either close of gaze downward)

While inhaling, feel the air entering your nose, passing through wind-pipe and filling your lungs and vice-versa while exhaling

MEDITATION in WALKING :

For those people who feel uneasy meditating in sitting posture, you can go for Walking one.

Even its pretty simple.

  • Notice the Environment around

  • Focus on your breathing

  • Be conscious towards your body's movement

  • If in Urban Area, listen to sounds of vehicles it might be annoying at first, but it will be rythmic if you get used to it

There are smells that will fill your senses and make you fee like flying

Most importantly gradually come out of Meditation to your regular world.

MEDITATION APPARELS :

Wear apparels in which you are comfortable with.

  • I recommend you to wear shorts as you can see and adjust yourself in proper posture especially while performing Yoga Asanas.

  • Make sure your apparel is of organic cotton so that it will absorb sweat and also gives you maximum comfort.

  • Do Meditation with bare feet, except in those extreme climate conditions where you can wear shocks or shoes.

  • Women performing Yoga or Meditation it is recommended to wear sports bra.

  • Avoid wearing jewels.

Meditation lies in every day-to-day activities. But most people fail to know that. Rather they show mad rush for joining Meditation classes.
