Chronicles of Chromuim Defeciency

Chromium is very vital trace element for humans. Insufficient intake leads to its defeciency. Chromium Deficiency can be best cited by the increase in lipoprotein in blood (Hyperlipidemia, a cardiovascular disease risk factor). According to the U.K researchers who researched blood, hair, sweat of 41,000 people from age group 1 to 75, concludes that "chromium level is inversely proportional to age" i.e., chromium level in body decreases with the increase in age.



Major reason behind this chromium deficiency is consuming refined food products, as refinement eliminates chromium and other salts present in it.

So what is the solution for this?
There are pills to maintain chromium status or level.
I recommend natural way though.
Add Onion, carrot, barley in daily food habits to maintain sufficient level of chromium salt in blood. Chromium is also found in fruits like Tomato, Pomegranate and anana. Ginger and Almond are the major carriers of Chromium. Regular intake of above mentioned will reduce cardiovascular risk. It is STRICTLY advised to add Onion and moringa leaves regularly in recipes. Beware, Chromium Deficiency is the Gateway to many diseases.
