Jogging for a Healthy LifeStyle

Most fitness freaks out  there want to keep them fit,  they want to be hyper-active

whole day. And they do work-outs regularly. Is it good? Answer is both Yes

and No. Because it is good to do work-out, but it is better to jog.



TreadMill seems to be the TrendMill, but Jogging is

always better than

Work-outs inside the walls.



If you Jog  in parks, You inhale fresh air and also the

nature may soothe your mind. It is also a good

solution for  those  Insomniac’s out  there.

By jogging you can save money too.

Yeah the money which you pay as fees for

Gym. And even your electricity bill and also can

reduce broadband usage (which is obviously good for

your eyes).

Sounds crazy? By jogging around, you can meet

your

friends and can be

socially active,



thus reducing your time before personal computer in

chatting

with friends. This will help you save Electricity bill

right?

Physical chatting is always better than Online chat

with friends...

So what are you waiting for?  Go  jog...jog...jog...

Do remember to have a good jogging outfits (loose clothes & nice pair of shoes)





And do warm your muscles up before jogging by stretching exercise. Don’t force yourself to jog during

illness, as it might worsen your health.
